We want you to feel confident trying Scryptli Premium. This page explains how refunds work and what to expect if you request one.
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within the eligibility window and we will review the request and help make it right.

Annual plans
Annual Scryptli Premium plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date. This guarantee does not apply to renewal charges.
Monthly plans
Monthly charges are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins. If you were charged in error or contact us quickly after the charge, we review the case fairly.
Technical issues
If a verifiable technical issue on our side prevented you from using Premium features, you may qualify for a pro-rated credit or refund regardless of the normal policy window.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. If you forgot to cancel before a renewal, contact us promptly and we will review the request.
After a refund
Once a refund is approved, Premium access is removed. Locally stored recordings and scripts remain available, and synced data is retained for a limited period in case you return.
