By using Scryptli, you agree to these terms. They cover account use, ownership of your work, and how subscriptions operate.

Subscription and billingPaddle-powered

Scryptli Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Paddle.

Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account page.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled from your account
  • Paddle handles payment processing as merchant of record
  • Prices may change with advance notice
  • Downgrading removes premium features at the end of the billing period

Eligibility

Who can use Scryptli

You must be at least 13 years old to use Scryptli. If you use Scryptli on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Your content

You own your scripts and recordings

You retain full ownership of all scripts, video recordings, and content you create using Scryptli. If you upload content to cloud storage, you grant us a limited licence to host and deliver it back to you.

Acceptable use

What you may not do

You may not use Scryptli for unlawful purposes, upload infringing content, tamper with the service, share credentials for resale, or abuse any API or automation access.

Account

Your account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access or fraudulent use.

Intellectual property

Scryptli's IP

Scryptli, its logo, interface design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property. These terms do not grant rights to use our branding outside normal product use.

Liability

Limitation of liability

Scryptli is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
